2. Services We offer a range of cleaning and pest control services, including but not limited to: Home Deep Cleaning Kitchen Deep Cleaning Sofa Shampoo Dry Cleaning Bathroom Deep Cleaning Pest Control Services (Bed Bugs, Bees, Flies, Rodents, Spiders, Ants, Cockroaches, Termites)

3. Booking and Scheduling Service Request: You can book our services via phone, email, or through our website. Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us. Rescheduling/Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms Pricing: Service prices are listed on our website and provided upon booking. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without notice. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late Payment: Invoices not paid within the agreed period may incur late payment fees.

5. Service Guarantee Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue. Limitations: Our service guarantee does not cover issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as the condition of your premises prior to service or any subsequent activities that affect the cleaned areas.

6. Customer Responsibilities Access: You must provide safe access to your premises at the scheduled service time. Preparation: Ensure that valuables and fragile items are safely stored away. We are not liable for damage to items that were not adequately protected. Environment: Provide a safe working environment free from hazards. Inform our team of any special instructions or areas that require attention.

7. Liability Damage: While we take utmost care, Tata Cleaning is not responsible for damage to items that are fragile or not securely placed. Loss: We are not liable for any loss of property unless it is caused by our team’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Insurance: We carry insurance coverage appropriate for our services. For any claim to be valid, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of the service.

8. Use of Materials Cleaning Supplies: We use our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer us to use your supplies, please inform us in advance. Pest Control Products: We use industry-standard, environmentally safe pest control products. Specific product information can be provided upon request.

9. Privacy and Data Protection We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
